Why This Role Matters
The Microsoft technology landscape is evolving faster than ever, creating significant opportunities for organisations looking to innovate, modernise and gain competitive advantage. However, unlocking that value requires more than technology expertise. It requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into compelling, market-ready solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation and execution. You'll lead the development of Microsoft-focused offerings, shape go-to-market direction and influence how Bytes brings new solutions to market. If you're passionate about product management, commercial growth and creating solutions that make a genuine difference, this is an opportunity to have a lasting impact on both customer outcomes and our Microsoft business.
Mission
This role exists to develop, package and drive the adoption of Microsoft-focused products, services and solution offers that align with customer needs, Microsoft's strategic priorities and Bytes' growth objectives.
From initial market analysis and product strategy through to go-to-market execution and ongoing optimisation, you will play a key role in building a portfolio of repeatable offers across areas such as AI/Copilot, Azure, Security, Data & Analytics and Modern Work.
Working closely with technical architects, sales teams, marketing, delivery teams and Microsoft stakeholders, you will help shape the future of our Microsoft practice while driving revenue growth and customer value.
What You Will Deliver Within the Role
- Research customer needs, market trends and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for new Microsoft-focused solutions and services.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap of solution offerings aligned to Microsoft's cloud, AI, security and modern workplace priorities.
- Own the end-to-end development of new Microsoft offers, taking them from concept and validation through to launch and adoption.
- Work closely with architects, consultants and Centres of Excellence to design scalable, repeatable and commercially viable service offerings.
- Define standardised service packages, including scope, deliverables, methodologies, pricing and commercial models.
- Create compelling value propositions and messaging that clearly articulate customer benefits and market differentiation.
- Develop and deliver go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials and launch plans to support successful market adoption.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline generation.
- Monitor offer performance, analyse customer and sales feedback and continually refine offerings to maximise adoption and commercial success.
- Work closely with Microsoft and strategic partners to align offerings with partner programmes, incentives and market opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
