Are you passionate about Microsoft Security and the partner ecosystem?
We're looking for a Microsoft Security Lead to drive partner activation, enablement, and growth across Microsoft Security solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Microsoft, channel partners, sales, and marketing teams to build security-focused go-to-market initiatives and drive new customer acquisition. Based on the attached job specification.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and drive Microsoft Security strategy across a partner network
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft stakeholders and channel partners
- Deliver partner enablement programmes, webinars, workshops, and campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets and Microsoft-funded initiatives
- Run a structured rhythm of business, reporting on performance and growth
- Support customer acquisition, renewals, upsell, and workload expansion activities
- Represent the business at Microsoft and industry events

What We're Looking For
- Experience working within the Microsoft partner ecosystem
- Strong stakeholder, partner, or vendor management experience
- Interest or experience in cybersecurity and cloud security solutions
- Comfortable presenting, running workshops, and engaging senior stakeholders
- Experience working alongside sales and marketing teams
- Understanding of CSP and Microsoft programmes would be advantageous

- £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary
