Role: Microsoft Technology Strategist

We're looking for a Microsoft Technology Strategist to join our Cloud Product & Practice team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving growth across our strategic Microsoft partner community.

You'll be the trusted Microsoft advisor to some of our most valuable partners, helping them define their technology strategy, unlock new opportunities, and accelerate growth across Microsoft solution areas including Modern Workplace, Azure, Security and Copilot.

Working closely with partner leadership teams and internal stakeholders, you'll help create and shape Microsoft roadmaps, enable partners to maximise Microsoft investments, and guide them towards long-term success.

If you live and breathe Microsoft technologies, understand the partner ecosystem, and enjoy influencing strategy at a senior level, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Building trusted relationships with partner Sales, Technical and Executive stakeholders.
  • Developing and owning Microsoft growth roadmaps for strategic partners.
  • Supporting partner business planning and helping align Microsoft technologies to commercial objectives.
  • Leading cloud transformation and innovation conversations across Microsoft solution areas.
  • Advising partners on Microsoft programmes, incentives, certifications, funding opportunities and enablement initiatives.
  • Working alongside Growth Sales and New Business teams to identify opportunities for partner growth.
  • Supporting partner onboarding, transition and adoption activities.
  • Delivering thought leadership through partner events, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).
  • Helping partners build capability through learning pathways, certifications and technical enablement programmes.
  • Acting as the voice of Microsoft strategy within your partner base, helping partners understand where the market is heading and how to stay ahead.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
