Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a Microsoft Viva Architect!
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Viva Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-wide Employee Experience and Workforce Insights solutions using the Microsoft Viva suite. This role will be responsible for translating business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions that align with organizational objectives, technology standards, and governance frameworks.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Viva Insights, Viva Engage, Viva Learning, Viva Connections, Viva Goals, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft Graph. The individual will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, enterprise architects, data teams, security teams, and implementation partners to define and deliver an integrated employee experience platform.

Location: London
Rate: An hourly rate, in-scope IR35 £500 per Day (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company).
Contract Length: 31/03/2027
Work Schedule: 2 - 3 days onsite/week
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Microsoft Technologies.
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale employee experience, collaboration, or workforce analytics platforms.
- Strong experience translating business requirements into enterprise architecture and solution designs.
- Expertise in architecture frameworks, governance, and technology strategy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Viva platform implementations.
- Experience designing enterprise digital workplace solutions.
- Exposure to workforce analytics and people insights solutions.
- Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of organizational change management and employee engagement programs.
- Experience leading large-scale Microsoft transformation programs.
