We are looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic Mid-day Supervisor to join a welcoming SEN school in Warrington.

This is a lovely opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive difference during the school day. You will play an important role in supporting pupils during lunchtime, helping to create a safe, calm and positive environment where every child feels supported and valued.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a warm, patient and nurturing approach to working with children.
  • Have an understanding of safeguarding and the importance of keeping children safe.
  • Have knowledge or understanding of autism and additional needs.
  • Have experience supporting children who may display challenging behaviour.
  • Be confident, calm and able to respond positively to a range of situations.
  • Be reliable, approachable and work well as part of a wider school team.

Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential. As a Mid-day Supervisor, what matters most is having the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine desire to support children to have a happy and successful school day.
