Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of closing experience in SaaS or security sales, selling to SMB or Mid-Enterprise accounts.
- Experience in pipeline generation, including outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Experience managing full sales cycles and handling objections effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a hypergrowth or start-up organization.
- Proven track record of managing accounts in cloud or cybersecurity ecosystems to elevate the business.
- Strong understanding of effective sales processes and methodologies, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in various stages, collaborate with internal teams, and engage customers with a consultative and professional approach.
- Resilience, adaptability, flexibility, and ability to be a team player.
About the Job:
As a Mid-Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new business and expand our presence among mid-sized organizations, driving adoption of our cloud security platform. This role will be reporting to Anna Barker; Regional Director, Sales. This role requires a strong ability to generate pipeline, manage full sales cycles, and articulate the value of security solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
You will work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on our customers' business needs. Our priority is building a secure infrastructure for their cloud environments. We do that by learning their business. We ask questions. We listen. We help educate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory strategies to drive revenue growth within Mid-Enterprise accounts to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, in a way that reflects Wiz values.
- Lead with curiosity to understand our customer’s complex business problems.
- Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their value to our customers for our cloud segment.
- Demonstrate ability to position and advise CISO level executives with industry Point-of-View business insights; Continue to listen, build and grow executive relationships with customers.
- Align with Wiz partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity.
- Build effective working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve company objectives.
