Mid Java Developer – Leading FinTech
Location – hybrid in London 3 days a week
Salary – up to £100k + bonus
We are working with our long-term partners on the hunt for numerous Mid-level Java Developers as they continue to expand various teams. They began their journey as a market-leading FinTech disruptor and after many years at the forefront of their field, have recently been acquired by a prominent capital market.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their 2nd or 3rd job in software development as they are looking for someone with 3-5 years prior experience, with the potential to rapidly progress into a senior position.

Experience they are looking for in Mid Java Developers:
- Core Java
- Developing software from scratch WITHOUT the use of frameworks e.g. Spring
- Multithreading
- TDD, CI/CD, Paired-programming environment
- Data structures, algorithms, threads
- Working in a modern FinTech environment e.g. startup is a plus
- An interest in the financial sector, FX and trading
