Mid-Level Graphic Designer

Location: Bristol

Ready to level up your career with a multi-award-winning agency?

Most recently, in January 2026, following the recent acquisition with EAB, we are proud to officially be the largest higher education marketing agency globally, meaning there’s never been a more exciting time to join!

About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who combines strong visual craft with strategic thinking and is passionate about creating impactful work that helps educational institutions connect with prospective students around the world.

Working closely with our Creative, Marketing, and Client Services teams, you’ll develop engaging visual solutions across a wide range of channels and campaigns. From brand development and digital advertising to social media content and print collateral, you’ll play a key role in bringing our clients’ stories to life through compelling design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Account teams to understand project objectives, target audiences, and brand requirements.
  • Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality designs across digital, print, social media, advertising, events, and campaign materials.
  • Translate complex information and messaging into clear, engaging, and visually impactful creative solutions.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines while identifying opportunities to evolve and strengthen visual identities.
  • Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and recruitment outcomes for higher education clients.
  • Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders, confidently articulating design rationale and incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay informed on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices across branding, digital design, and the education sector.
  • Support and collaborate with junior designers, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive, creative team culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
