UX Designer (Contract) | Enterprise AI Platform | London (Hybrid) | £300–£450/day | Outside IR35
The role
We are working with a London-based AI Scale-up who are actively seeking a mid-level UX Designer on an initial 3-month basis
This is a sprint to improve the UI/UX for the platform's first enterprise customer. You'll work closely with the company's Design Engineer, who sets the design direction. You'll support that work with research, reviews and hands-on flow redesign. This is a mid-level role. You'll bring strong execution and good judgement, and you won't be leading on your own.

What we're looking for
- Mid-level UX experience on complex enterprise or B2B software
- A background in financial services or another regulated industry (fintech, healthcare, pharma). Agency or consultancy experience is welcome if your clients were in those sectors
- You've planned and run your own research: recruiting, moderating and analysing
- Solid information architecture skills, and working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA
- Comfortable using LLMs and AI tools day to day. The team designs and prototypes heavily with AI. Figma is used, but it isn't embedded across the team
- Clear writing: your recommendations make sense without you in the room
- You're happy in a small, fast-moving team with no research ops support
