Mid-Market Account Executive, SaaS, New Business - London

We've been retained by a leading mid-market private equity firm in the US to help build out the new business sales team of one of its standout portfolio companies based in London.

Off the back of a run of acquisitions, now fully integrated, the business has an offering that's genuinely best-in-class for its market - the groundwork is done, the solution is proven - we now need the team who will hit the market and turn that opportunity into new revenue.

This is a well-established and successful SaaS firm, however with growth moving fast, there's real appetite for new people to help shape how the business wins new logos, not just execute what's already there.

We're after a true new business closer - someone who thrives on volume and pace, who can run a high number of deals at once without losing discipline, and who genuinely enjoys prospecting rather than waiting for leads to land.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
