Role: Mid Market Account Executive
Location: Central London – Hybrid
Salary: Up to £90k base x2 OTE
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth LegalTech business, helping legal teams and organisations transform the way they create, manage and automate complex legal workflows.
With an innovative AI-powered platform designed to improve how businesses handle legal documentation and processes, you'll take ownership of a high-potential UK territory and play a key role in driving new customer acquisition across the mid-market.
The focus is firmly on net-new business, selling a sophisticated SaaS solution into mid-market organisations and engaging senior legal and commercial stakeholders. This is a high-impact role for a proven new business hunter who enjoys owning the full sales cycle and closing complex, consultative deals.

The Role
- Own a defined UK mid-market territory, focused on Central London and surrounding markets
- Drive net-new logo acquisition across mid-market organisations
- Sell an innovative AI-powered LegalTech solution to senior legal, commercial and business stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close
- Build and execute territory and account plans to consistently generate pipeline and revenue
- Run consultative discovery to understand customer challenges and demonstrate clear commercial value
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders including General Counsels, Heads of Legal, Legal Operations and Commercial Directors
- Work closely with SDRs, pre-sales, marketing and customer success to maximise opportunities
- Build strong relationships with prospects and establish yourself as a trusted advisor
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

About You
- 2.5+ years' experience selling LegalTech, CLM or complex B2B SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of new business success within the mid-market
- Genuine new business hunter with a strong track record of prospecting, pipeline generation and closing
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close
- Comfortable selling complex, consultative SaaS solutions with multiple stakeholders involved
- Experience selling to senior legal, commercial or business stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate business value rather than simply sell product
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding quota
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Stable career history with clear progression and demonstrable sales performance
- Central London based and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
