AssessFirst is entering an exciting new phase of international growth, and weâre looking for a talented Mid-Market Account Executive to help accelerate our expansion across the UK.

Recruitment has changed. AI now helps candidates produce perfect CVs, LinkedIn profiles and cover letters, making it increasingly difficult to identify genuine potential.
At AssessFirst, we help organisations look beyond experience by using AI-powered talent intelligence to predict performance, motivation and long-term success. We believe recruitment should be more objective, inclusive and focused on potential rather than polished applications.
Today, more than 3,500 organisations across 40+ countries trust AssessFirst to make smarter hiring and talent decisions.
Weâre a team of 110+ people with ambitious plans to become a global leader in Talent Intelligence.
The Opportunity

If youâre someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems and closing business in a fast-paced SaaS environment, weâd love to hear from you.

Iâm in my final year doing Economics and I donât know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer â it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donât need a masters. Letâs look at the ones youâd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet â that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
