An established UK regtech business is growing its SME sales team. Their AML and compliance platform helps regulated and unregulated businesses verify customers and manage financial crime risk, and the SME segment is a fast-moving motion with consistent demand.
Each AE runs a pod with a dedicated sales associate generating demos and opportunities, so your focus stays on sharp discovery, tailored demos and closing. Three days a week in the office gives you direct access to sales leadership, with structured coaching and training that accelerates your development.

What you'll be doing:
- Run a full sales cycle across regulated and unregulated SMEs
- Lead tailored demos and presentations with C-level decision-makers
- Prospect strategically alongside your associate
- Coach your associate through live demos
- Manage your pipeline and forecast with rigour
Who you are:
- A dedicated associate generating pipeline alongside you
- Direct access to sales leadership and structured coaching
- Early leadership experience within a pod model
- A structured sales culture built on MEDDPICC, SPIN and Challenger
- Specialist expertise in AML and compliance, a resilient and growing market
