This role is for a rapidly growing Series A SaaS company already generating 8-figure ARR, and they’re now looking for a Founding Account Executive to join the next phase of their growth.

This is a genuine founding sales hire with the opportunity to have a huge impact on the company's GTM motion, working directly with the leadership team and selling into Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.

The Role

  • You’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying and engaging target accounts through to closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Own the full 0–1 sales cycle across Mid-Market & Enterprise
  • Build and manage your own pipeline through strategic outbound
  • Prospect into senior stakeholders and C-suite decision makers
  • Run discovery, demos, commercial conversations and negotiations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Work closely with the founders and leadership team to refine the sales motion
  • Help shape ICP, messaging, outbound strategy and sales processes
  • Build repeatable playbooks as the sales organisation scales
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success
  • Have genuine ownership over revenue and the direction of the sales function

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
