About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will position and sell the full Salesforce platform, focused on empowering charitable organisations, NGOs, and foundations to advance social impact. As the Core Account Executive, you will coordinate sales efforts across a multi-disciplinary team — including Core, Digital (Marketing Cloud), MuleSoft, Tableau, and Slack — to deliver a unified solution for your accounts.

You will work with customers to demonstrate how the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Platform can help them achieve mission-critical goals, from donor management and grantmaking to program delivery and volunteer engagement.

This is a Mid-Market role covering a high volume of accounts, ranging from established partners to new-business prospects. Strong prioritisation skills, a proactive approach, and genuine interest in the nonprofit sector are important for success. We're seeing strong momentum in the nonprofit space, and this role is positioned to build on our recent innovations in the sector.

What We're Looking For

  • Sales experience in a quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales role
  • Ability to build strategic territory and account plans by identifying and qualifying nonprofit prospects
  • Skill in researching and uncovering a nonprofit's current processes, fundraising challenges, and mission goals through impact-driven use cases
  • Ability to identify compelling value propositions tailored to nonprofit needs
  • Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences, including executive directors and board members
  • Ability to proactively use Salesforce resources and tools to drive results
  • Experience working collaboratively with account teams, solution engineers, and implementation partners to support long-term customer success
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Training in a recognised sales methodology
  • Ability to develop business cases, define service requirements, and lead strategic alliances
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the nonprofit, NGO, or public sector market, or equivalent B2B technology sales experience (approximately 3+ years)

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
