Mid-Market Account Executive | B2B SaaS

£60K–£90K Base | Double OTE | £20K–£100K+ Deals | Full-Cycle | High-Growth SaaS

Join a high-growth B2B SaaS company at the stage where the product is proven, customers are buying, and the commercial team is now being built to scale.

This isn't a role where you inherit a rigid playbook and spend your day working someone else's process. You'll have genuine ownership over your territory, run deals end-to-end and help shape how the company sells as it grows.

You'll be surrounded by ambitious founders and commercial leaders, with Marketing, BDR and technical support helping generate pipeline, while still having the freedom to build your own.

The Role

You'll own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation and close.

  • You'll sell to senior decision-makers across growing and established businesses, navigating multiple stakeholders and building the commercial case for change.
  • Depending on the opportunity, deals typically range from £20K–£100K+ ARR, with a mixture of faster Mid-Market cycles and larger, more complex opportunities.

You'll have inbound and BDR-generated opportunities, but this is still a hunting role. We want someone who enjoys creating pipeline rather than waiting for it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Person

We're less interested in someone who has simply worked at the biggest SaaS logo. We're looking for a sales athlete: competitive, curious, coachable and commercially intelligent. Someone who wants responsibility, learns products quickly, picks up the phone when needed and can figure things out without waiting for a manager to tell them what to do. You should enjoy winning deals, but also care about why you won them.

Why Join?

  • Real ownership. Run your own deals and have a voice in how the commercial organisation develops.
  • Strong earning potential. Competitive base, uncapped commission structures and meaningful accelerators depending on the company.
  • Proper SaaS selling. Multi-stakeholder, consultative deals rather than transactional volume sales.
  • Modern GTM. Work with AI, automation and the latest generation of sales tooling rather than outdated processes.
  • Career acceleration. Clear progression towards Senior AE, Enterprise AE or commercial leadership as the business scales.
  • High-calibre environment. Work directly with experienced founders, revenue leaders and ambitious GTM teams building the next generation of European SaaS companies.
