About the Role
We’re looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to spearhead our growth in the mid-market e-commerce segment by executing the full sales cycle, generating significant pipeline volume, and actively contributing to the creation of scalable sales processes.
As the Mid-Market Account Executive, you will:
- Drive Mid-Market Revenue: Manage and close high-velocity deals within the mid-market segment, focusing on predictable revenue generation.
- Proactive Pipeline Generation: Own the responsibility for creating your own pipeline through targeted outbound campaigns, cold calls, email sequences, and leveraging professional networks.
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage prospects from initial outreach and discovery through product demonstration, negotiation, and successful contract closure.
- Contribute to Sales Infrastructure: Work closely with leadership to design, document, and refine sales procedures, playbooks, & best practices that scale with the company’s growth.
- Develop Pitch Collateral: Assist in creating sales materials (decks, battle cards, email templates) optimized for the specific needs and speed of mid-market buyers.
- Relay Market Intelligence: Capture and communicate crucial market feedback and competitor activity to the Product and Growth teams to influence our roadmap & strategy.
- CRM Excellence: Maintain impeccable pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy within the CRM system.

Who You Are
- Early AE Experience: 1+ years of experience as an Account Executive, or a demonstrated track record of success as a top-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) looking to step up.
- Hunter Mentality: Highly motivated by outbound prospecting and committed to creating a high-volume pipeline in a competitive environment.
- E-commerce Interest: A genuine interest in the e-commerce landscape, logistics, or related SaaS B2B solutions.
- Startup DNA: Comfortable operating in an environment where processes are being built and refined; you are resourceful and enjoy contributing ideas.
- High Velocity: Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple deals concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Grit and Resilience: Ability to handle objections, learn from losses, and maintain a positive, growth-oriented attitude.
