I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Role Overview
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you'll own complex, mid-market to enterprise sales cycles across accounts, selling directly to brands and media agencies.
This is a consultative, value-driven sale - not a transactional one. You'll be expected to:
- Build a list of target accounts and work with marketing on ABM outreach playbooks
- Navigate multiple stakeholder CMO, Director Marketing, Head of Performance, Paid Social Managers
- Sell into paid social, growth, creative, and performance teams
- Close ACVs typically in the 50-100k+ range
- Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Client Partnerships to land and expand strategic accounts
Beyond the deals themselves, we're looking for someone who will help shape how this team operates as it grows, sharing what's working, mentoring newer reps informally, and putting themselves in a position to take on formal leadership as the team scales.
