About the Team

We’re looking for a ** Mid-Market Account Executive** to shape how businesses connect with their customers, embracing every interaction as an opportunity to create meaningful change.
Location Type: Full-time, hybrid/remote (dependent on geographic eligibility).
Your Impact
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, your priority is revenue growth and client development, focusing on mid-sized restaurants and hospitality businesses. Your responsibilities include:
- Nurturing relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Identifying operational pain points and solutionising with ** Deliverect SaaS**.
- Expanding Deliverect’s reach in regional markets.
What You Will Do
- Prospect Identification: Use targeted research, digital tools, and industry networks to spot high-potential hospitality/foodservice businesses.
- Customer Insight: Deeply understand the operational challenges of mid-market businesses to demonstrate how Deliverect enhances efficiency, improves ROI, and simplifies order management.
- Solution Communication: Present value-driven product demos, translating complex technologies (APIs, POS integrations, or third-party delivery) into engaging, actionable insights.
- Objection Handling: Confidently address prospects’ doubts, guiding them through the decision-making process toward deal closure.
- Client Onboarding: Collaborate with onboarding, account management, and support teams to ensure a seamless client journey and maximum value delivery.
- Occasional Travel: Attend customer meetings or industry events as needed.

What You Bring
Required:
- Fluency in English and German.
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS or restaurant/tech sales experience (experience in ERP, POS systems, or hospitality leadership preferred).
- Consultative selling mindset: Aligning solutions with customer needs.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to adrepeat objections.
- Proactive sales pipeline management, with a focus on revenue forecasting.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, excelling in relationship-building and self-driven projects.
- Results-oriented with strong organizational flexibility.
