Timely is looking for our next Account Executive (Mid-Market)
Timely is an automatic time tracking platform that helps teams see where their time actually goes.
As an Account Executive (Mid-Market) at Timely, you'll be responsible for winning new customers around the world and shaping the trajectory of the team and company. You'll own new logo acquisition within the Mid-Market segment, while providing the best possible sales experience for our customers.
You will have real influence over our direction and strategy. Alongside your colleagues in the commercial team, you'll play a key role in Timely's current and future growth.
This is a fully remote role. You'll have the opportunity to sell cutting-edge technology to a global market, as part of an ambitious, social, and driven team that values its people.
Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop, create, and close your own pipeline
- Demonstrate and sell value to multiple key stakeholders within your opportunities
- Manage and maintain momentum across all stakeholders and sales stages
- Take a proactive, activity-focused approach to ensure your pipeline coverage meets or exceeds target every month
- Track all opportunities, customer details, and sales stages — including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting — in HubSpot or a similar CRM
- Lead the complete sales cycle for inbound opportunities and build your own outbound pipeline
- Partner with CSM and Support during pilots to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation, delivering rapid time-to-first-value

Who are you?
Required:
- 4-7 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling into Mid-Market accounts
- Working knowledge of a structured sales methodology (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger, SPICED, or similar)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with team-based/account-team selling
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- A pragmatic, first-principles attitude - you're excited by challenges
- A team player with strong motivation to work collaboratively
