Mid-Market New Business Account Executive Are you ready to redefine your career in cybersecurity while making a real impact? We’re looking for experienced Mid-Market New Business Account Executives with strong sales skills to drive revenue by identifying and closing opportunities with Mid-Market companies. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated, strong team player with a proven track record of success in generating and winning new business Your role will be essential in delivering innovative solutions and building lasting client relationships. What You'll Do Develop Opportunities: Proactively identify new business within the Mid-Market segment. Acquire Clients: Present tailored solutions to secure new accounts and build long-term relationships. Manage Pipeline: Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads focused on growth. Achieve Quotas: Meet and exceed revenue targets consistently. Collaborate with Channels: Work with channel partners to drive campaigns and customer acquisition. Provide Market Insights: Stay informed on trends and dynamics to uncover new opportunities. Support Sales Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales tools and strategies. What You'll Bring Successful experience with new logo acquisition and customer management in Mid-Market– meeting and exceeding quotas in fast-paced sales environment Experience working with the Channel and Partners Strong IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity sales experience Strong consultative selling skills and understanding of customer needs. Understanding of cyber pain points and mid-market buying processes Experience with Salesforce, Demandbase, Gong, and ZoomInfo. Solid knowledge of sales process including MEDDIC, Force Management, Challenger and Spin Sales Process The ability to travel approximately 25-30% of the time to regional meetings with prospects, customers, channel partners, ecosystem/integration partners and field marketing events Strong communication skills (Written, Verbal and Presentation) Here’s what sets us apart: We Set You Up to Win: With top-tier enablement, smart coaching, and actionable insights, you’ll have everything you need to smash quotas and close deals with confidence. The OTE salary range for this position is £112,000−£168,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
