Board Intelligence is a technology and advisory firm on a mission to make boards more effective, and through them, build better businesses and benefit society. Over twenty years we have established ourselves as the market leader in governance and board effectiveness, trusted by more than 80,000 directors, executives, and governance professionals globally, including across the Fortune 500, FTSE 100, and OMX 30. That trust has been earned through depth of insight, rigorous advisory work, and a track record that newer entrants simply cannot replicate.

We have invested in applied AI since 2020, well ahead of the market, and that early conviction has paid off. Our AI-powered platform and smart board advisor give us a competitive advantage that is widening, not narrowing. In 2024, K1 Investment Management, the leading B2B Enterprise SaaS investor, backed us to accelerate that position further. We are now growing fast, with a proven commercial model spanning both mid-market and enterprise, and a product suite that has become a necessary addition in high-stakes board environments.

The people joining us now will shape how we scale. We are deliberate about how we do that. Our founders and leadership team are deeply invested in keeping the culture that got us here: thoughtful, high calibre, and genuinely human. Ambition and balance are not in competition at Board Intelligence.

If you want to work at the intersection of AI and governance, on problems that matter at the highest level, this is a strong place to be.

Our Mission

We unleash the potential of organisations through the science of board effectiveness, building better businesses and benefitting society.

Role Overview

Board Intelligence partners with boards and executive teams of leading organisations, providing technology and advisory services that improve decision-making at the highest levels.

The Mid-Market Sales Associate is a high-impact role supporting one of our leading Mid-Market sales professionals as they generate pipeline, progress a high volume of opportunities, and win new business.

You will work closely with the Director, Mid-Market, shadowing and joining calls and meetings with senior stakeholders including Company Secretaries, governance teams, NEDs and CEOs across mid-sized and high-growth organisations.

This role provides an exceptional opportunity to learn mid-market sales from the inside, gaining exposure to pipeline generation, senior relationship building, deal progression, and consultative selling at pace. You will not carry your own quota, rather you will support the Director, Mid-Market in achieving theirs, in turn benefiting from the exposure and experience this role offers.

You will combine excellent organisation, attention to detail, and commercial curiosity with strong interpersonal and communication skills, eloquence and etiquette, to help maximise the effectiveness of our Mid-Market sales motion. Over time, this role offers the opportunity to develop into a Mid-Market Account Executive or broader commercial role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
