We're looking for a people-first sales leader to join our UKI team and help drive growth across the Mid-Market segment.
This is a fixed-term maternity leave cover opportunity, providing an excellent chance to gain leadership experience within Lenovo's UKI sales organization while making an immediate impact on business performance and team development.

About The Role
As the Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Account Managers responsible for winning new business, growing existing customer relationships, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
You will play a key role in executing Lenovo's One Lenovo growth strategy, working across our Client, Infrastructure, Services, and Solutions businesses to help customers solve their technology challenges while driving business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales leader who enjoys developing talent, building high-performing teams, and delivering strong business results in a highly collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives.
- Drive achievement of revenue, pipeline, and business growth objectives.
- Build a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.
- Support the team through complex sales opportunities and strategic customer engagements.
- Drive accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management.
- Partner with Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Sales teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Foster collaboration across Lenovo's Client, Infrastructure, Services, and Solutions businesses to maximize customer value.
- Develop talent through ongoing coaching, performance management, and career development discussions.
Required Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading, coaching, or managing sales professionals in a quota-driven environment.
- Strong track record of success in technology sales.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to use sales data and performance metrics to drive decisions and results.
- Demonstrated coaching and people leadership capability.
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in end to end pipeline management via a recognised CRM

Preferred Qualifications
- Mid-Market or Enterprise technology sales experience.
- Previous people management experience.
- Experience selling client devices, infrastructure, services, or technology solutions.
- Experience working within a matrixed sales organization.
- Experience supporting strategic customer opportunities and executive stakeholder engagements.
