Mid-Market Inside Sales – Cyber Security
Location: UK/ hybrid (1x a week in London’s office)
Salary: competitive + OTE
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
About the role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support the end-to-end sales process for highly standardized, straightforward cyber security solutions for mid-market clients — from initial needs assessment through deal closure. You will collaborate with Mid-Market Account Success Management to ensure a smooth transition to delivery and client onboarding. This is a digital-first sales role: you will identify and progress sales opportunities through digital and social channels — leveraging LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, AI, and Gen AI tools — while coordinating across Accenture’s marketing channels to create and share points of view, run multi-client campaigns, and keep the commercial pipeline moving with discipline and precision.
Who we are:
Accenture has embarked on one of its most ambitious initiatives — creating a new client segment focused on the Mid-Market (MM) for Cyber Security. This team targets clients with revenues in the range of $300M to $7Bn, spanning two sub-segments: deepening relationships with existing Accenture clients and aggressively pursuing new logos in the market. We are currently hiring for this role across three key markets: the United Kingdom, Spain, and Italy. This is a completely new, high-growth team supported by the full breadth of Accenture’s global capabilities — operating in the fastest-growing segment of the Cyber industry. With thousands of targets to pursue and the ability to offer end-to-end cyber security capabilities that only Accenture can provide, this team works hand-in-hand with Subject Matter Experts, Industry Experts, and Client Group Leads from the Cyber Security practice to win and deliver at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and progress cyber security opportunities through digital and social channels across the UK (including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and AI/Gen AI-powered prospecting tools)
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for standardized solutions, from needs assessment to deal closure.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, thought leadership, and client outreach.
- Create and share client-facing content, points of view, and sales collateral.
- Maintain accurate client records, pipeline data, and sales activities in Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
- Use AI and Gen AI tools to enhance prospecting, research, and client engagement.
- Partner with Account Success Management to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new clients.
- Track pipeline performance and provide regular reporting on sales activity and conversion metrics.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
