You might know this role as Brand Planner, Brand Strategist, Creative Strategist, or something else entirely. Whatever the title, if you can shape brilliant strategies for brands, you're in the right place.
We're hiring one person into our Strategy team, at midweight or senior level depending on experience. At senior level, you'd own bigger accounts and lead more on new business and mentoring. At midweight, you'd own your own accounts too, partnering with a senior colleague on the biggest ones.
What you'll be doing
- Leading strategic thinking across a mix of accounts, or partnering with a senior colleague on bigger projects
- Spotting the patterns and themes in data (research, category, culture, client numbers) and turning them into strategy that's genuinely useful, not just interesting
- Delivering inspirational briefs that bring out the best in our creatives, then working with them to develop ideas that are distinctive and effective
- Keeping your research toolkit sharp: staying close to your clients' category and data, running primary research
- Comms planning and advising on channel mix
- Presenting clear, compelling strategy to clients and colleagues
- Playing an active role in pitches, proposals and new business
- Getting stuck into effectiveness work: contributing to evaluations and using effectiveness thinking to make sure our work actually lands
- Becoming a trusted voice for clients and colleagues alike

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What we're looking for
- Solid creative agency experience in brand and creative strategy. Not research-only agencies, not client-side
- A genuine curiosity about people, brands and culture. You notice when a rebrand's landed well, you've got opinions on category conventions everyone else ignores, and a good ad genuinely makes your day
- A love of the process itself: the hunt for truths, building an argument, creating strategies that springboard brilliant, effective creative ideas
- The confidence to back your own thinking in a room that might disagree with you, paired with the collaboration skills to get the best out of the people around you, especially the creative team
- An eye for spotting a good idea early, and the judgement to help make it even better
- A buzz for being in front of clients, comfortable and credible
- Self-starter energy. You can own your accounts with confidence, knowing support is always there when you need it
- Straightforwardness. We'd rather hear what you actually think than what you assume we want to hear
- Social strategy experience is a bonus, not a requirement
- No specific sector experience needed, though food or retail is a plus
