Midweight Brand Designer (Motion) - London - Hybrid - Permanent
Introduction
We're looking for a Midweight Brand Designer with Motion to join a strategic branding agency creating distinctive identities and campaigns for places, developments, and environments.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a conceptual designer who can bring ideas to life through motion. The role is approximately 60% motion and 40% branding and design, offering plenty of variety across identity, animation, digital, and campaign work.
The Opportunity
You'll develop strong creative concepts grounded in brand strategy, then translate them into engaging motion, visual identities, and brand systems.
Working collaboratively with the wider creative team, you'll contribute to projects from early-stage thinking through to polished delivery. You'll also support pitches, with guidance and training around the agency's pitch process.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
