Senior Interior Architect | 4–6 Month Contract | Hybrid, South West London
We're delighted to be partnering with a prestigious, high-end residential design studio that is behind some of the most beautiful luxury residential interiors in the UK and internationally. They're looking for an experienced Senior Interior Architect to join them on a 4–6 month contract.
This is a lovely studio to be part of. The team is warm, welcoming and genuinely collaborative. You'll be walking into a supportive, social environment where people help each other out and good design is celebrated, not a place where contractors are left to fend for themselves.
The role
You'll lead interior architecture on high-end residential projects from concept through to completion. That covers:

- Leading concept development and space planning, and producing full drawing packs (plans, elevations and detailed design intent) through to tender and construction detailing
- Creating fixture and finishes specification schedules
- Managing projects on site and coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers and consultants
- Leading client presentations and meetings throughout the design and build process
- Working closely with the in-house FF&E team and supporting more junior designers
What you'll need
- Strong Vectorworks skills. This is essential for the role.
- 4+ years' experience in an interior design or architecture practice, ideally within luxury residential
- A recognised interior design or architectural qualification
- Solid experience producing design packages and construction detailing, plus a practical understanding of construction methods
- Confident client-facing and project management skills with great attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, with hand sketching a bonus
- A flexible, "can do" attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

The details
- Hybrid working arrangement (3-2 split)
- 4-6 month initial contract
- £40,000 - £50,000 pro rata
