Job Description
You will own the infrastructure for a platform processing 300k events per second across 100+ servers. Your primary mission involves migrating from Coolify to Kubernetes, optimizing high-throughput Go modules, and scaling databases. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will classify malicious infrastructure at scale alongside a senior expert team.

What You Will Do
- Lead the strategic migration from Coolify to Kubernetes while ensuring zero-downtime and maximum reliability for our real-time infrastructure layer.
- Optimize and profile Go-based modules to increase throughput and decrease processing latency across our high-performance data pipelines.
- Manage and scale our core data stack, including high-throughput Kafka clusters and Elasticsearch instances handling tens of billions of daily events.
The ideal candidate
- Proficient in production Go and experienced with high-throughput data systems like Kafka and Elasticsearch at a significant production scale.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, specifically with the practical experience of leading infrastructure migrations and managing complex distributed systems.
- Startup-ready mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, eager to wear multiple hats, and possessing the UK right to work for our London office.
