About Iconic Interactive

Iconic Interactive is an AI-native game development and research studio exploring the future of interactive entertainment, digital actors, and intelligent worlds. We are looking for a versatile Mid-Level Generalist Artist to join our growing creative team.

This role is ideal for an artist who enjoys working across multiple disciplines, from modelling and texturing through to look development, world-building, realtime implementation, and experimental AI-assisted workflows.

You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving prototyping environment and collaborating closely with designers, engineers, technical artists, and AI researchers.

Although we are an AI-native studio, we strongly value human creativity, artistic authorship, and craft. Our work combines advanced AI systems with carefully authored art direction, storytelling, design, and world-building created by real artists and developers. Projects such as The Oversight Bureau reflect our belief that strong artistic vision and human creativity remain central to the future of interactive entertainment.

We are particularly interested in enthusiastic, proactive, positive individuals who are capable of self-starting, organising their own work, and contributing constructively within a collaborative team environment. We value people with a strong can-do attitude who are comfortable taking ownership and helping drive ideas forward.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
