The Role

We are seeking a talented, proactive and collaborative Midweight Designer to join our creative team.

Working closely with the Senior Designer and wider creative team, you will develop ideas and deliver design projects from concept through to completion.

You will create distinctive brand identities and bring them to life across live experiences, physical environments, digital platforms and communications. You will take ownership of your work, collaborate with internal teams and specialist partners, and help maintain a consistently high creative standard across the studio.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone with strong conceptual thinking, excellent craft skills and the confidence to explain their ideas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts in response to client briefs and internal project objectives
  • Creating cohesive designs across a range of touchpoints, including:
    • Event conceptual thinking and strategy
    • Event and campaign branding
    • Environmental graphics, signage and wayfinding
    • Presentations, print and event communications
    • Websites and other digital experiences
    • Storyboards, animation and motion content
  • Consider how brand identities translate into physical spaces and live audience experiences
  • Take ownership of design tasks and smaller projects from initial concept through to final delivery
  • Collaborating with the creative, project and production teams, as well as external specialists such as 3D designers, printers and animators.
  • Developing creative presentations and contributing confidently during internal and client meetings.
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork and support implementation onsite when required
  • Contributing to the development and application of the White Label Live brand, including our social media presence.
  • Managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines effectively.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
