Role Description

This full-time Mid Weight Designer role is based in Medway and operates on a hybrid model, combining office-based collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.

  • Developing creative concepts
  • Designing visual assets for brand, digital, and marketing campaigns
  • Preparing artwork for both online and offline channels

Designers work closely with account managers, copywriters, and digital specialists to interpret briefs, apply brand guidelines, and ensure high-quality, consistent execution across all touchpoints. The role also involves:

  • Contributing to pitches and presentations
  • Managing multiple projects to deadlines
  • Providing input into the overall creative direction of client work

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in graphic and digital design, including proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Experience creating brand identities and visual systems, with the ability to apply and evolve brand guidelines across different formats.
  • Ability to design for web and social media, including layout, typography, and assets optimized for digital channels.
  • Solid understanding of print design and production processes, including preparing artwork and liaising with suppliers.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary agency or in-house teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A portfolio demonstrating mid-weight level experience and a range of work across brand, digital, and marketing design.
  • Relevant qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
