Mid-Weight Designer

Are you ready to take your creative vision to the next level across fashion, jewellery, and lifestyle storytelling?

Profiles Creative is looking for a versatile and ambitious Mid-Weight Designer based in the United Kingdom to join the creative team working on an exciting retailer. This is a dynamic, hands-on role tailored for a designer who thrives across multiple disciplines. Stepping beyond standard design briefs, you will take ownership of elevated creative work spanning campaigns, digital channels, retail spaces, and photoshoots, offering an exceptional platform to accelerate your skills in art direction, concept development, and multi-channel brand evolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Touchpoint Brand Design: Develop elevated, commercially focused designs across print, digital, social, retail windows, out-of-home (OOH), and seasonal campaign toolkits that evolve the visual identity.
  • Concepting & Storytelling: Create compelling mood boards, visual ideas, and presentations for new watch and jewellery launches, translating core concepts into cohesive cross-channel executions.
  • Dynamic Content Creation: Produce social-first assets combining graphic design, motion, GIFs, video editing, and modern AI creative tools to engage modern audiences.
  • Shoot Support & Art Direction: Support the concepting, planning, and art direction of still-life and model photoshoots, taking on greater creative ownership as you develop in the role.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, marketing, product development, and digital teams, bringing fresh cultural, design, and colour trend research into the studio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
