Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We have embarked on our 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.
Location: Based in London, E1, with flexible homeworking in line with Crisis’ Hybrid Working Policy.
About The Role
As a Mid-Weight Designer, you will play an important role within the Creative Studio, supporting the delivery of high-quality design across campaigns, fundraising, and wider communications to help end homelessness.
You will use your design skills to produce effective and engaging creative across digital, print and social. You will also support the development of creative approaches to briefs, contributing ideas where appropriate while ensuring all work is consistent, accessible, and aligned with our brand.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will deliver projects from brief through to final output, managing multiple priorities and always maintaining a high standard of execution.
About You
You are a skilled and reliable designer with experience delivering high-quality work across a range of formats. You have a strong eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high creative standards in everything you produce.
You are organised and able to manage your time effectively, working across multiple projects and deadlines. You are comfortable collaborating with others, open to feedback, and able to respond to briefs in a clear and thoughtful way.
You are motivated by the opportunity to use your skills to support Crisis’ mission to end homelessness, and are committed to creating accessible, inclusive, and impactful design.

Interview process: You will be shortlisted based on the answers to your screening questions. If you are invited to interview you will be asked to send over your portfolio. You will then be asked a range of competency and values-based questions.
