After partnering with one of the top energy providers in the UK, we’re building out a creative team that will exclusively tend to that account. So you’ll sit in our offices and enjoy all the perks of being a Publicis employee. But all of your time will be spent working with that brand and bringing that account to life.
The client is a transformational company in the renewable energy space, who commit to sustainable energy production through a wide range of decarbonising technology.

About You
You bring strong creative experience in visual design, ideation, and execution, ideally gained within an agency or fast-paced design environment.
With an exceptional eye for detail, an interest in AI, artistic flair, and clear communication skills, you champion design craft while collaborating effortlessly with other designers, copywriters, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
The Role & Responsibilities
As a midweight designer, you will play a key role in delivering customer communications across email, social, and print, working heavily within CRM platforms using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Your work will span everything from sensitive customer updates to celebratory campaigns, requiring you to create bespoke concepts in line with our brand. You will work closely with senior designers to develop and maintain our template system.
Beyond hands-on execution, you will manage creative timelines, partner with department leads, and present concepts in stakeholder meetings to bring high-impact, brand-aligned visual assets to life.
This will include:
- Print (DM/Brochure/Comms)
- Digital/Online Assets
- Digital marketing and email creative

Qualifications
- Experience working at a creative agency or in-house studio.
- An outstanding portfolio of published work spanning different channels, from print to digital, including branding, motion, illustration, landing pages, and reports.
- After Effects and other Adobe suite desirable.
- The ability to think creatively, present ideas, and articulate the thinking behind them.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Quick and calm thinking skills.
- Confidence in multi-tasking, managing your workload, and delivering projects on time and on brief.
- Independent problem-solving skills.
- An open-mind and receptive to feedback.
- A passion for learning and teaching others.
- Ambition and a drive for high standards.
- A positive attitude, excellent communication and listening skills, and the initiative to compromise when necessary.
