Overview

We’re looking for a Designer who believes their best work is ahead of them. Someone who’s unafraid to challenge things and bring new ideas to the table. We are a mid-sized team of designers, writers, strategists and project managers, and we are always looking for ways to improve and drive positive change in the world.

About us

Human After All is a creative agency based in London. We create brand-led communications for some of the world’s most influential organisations, predominantly across the tech and purpose sectors, including Meta, Google, Fairtrade and Impossible Foods.

Our values shape everything we do. We’re a certified B Corporation, and we continually strive to be great humans. We want our creativity to be a force for good. We want the communications we create to be instruments for change in the world.

About you

You’ll need to be empathetic, a team player and an excellent communicator. You’ll work closely with the design team as an integral part of the branding process. You’ll contribute to projects across brand communication, rebrands and other creative challenges.

You’ll need to be conscientious: there’s a good reason for everything we do and for every decision we take, so you’ll need to be someone who demonstrates this same degree of care — both in your work and your interactions with others. You’ll be collaborating with strategists, writers, client managers and development teams to make the work stronger at every step.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
