About Us

We are an award-winning, internationally recognised design collective specialising in ultra-luxury hospitality, hotels, and world-class food & beverage spaces. Our studio creates narrative-driven, deeply immersive environments that define global luxury. We are looking for a visionary Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join our collaborative, fast-paced London team.

The Role

As a Mid-Weight Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our global projects to life. You will bridge the gap between initial creative storytelling and meticulous technical execution. This position offers the opportunity to own specific project zones—from public lobbies to bespoke bars—while working closely with senior directors and elite international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept & Storytelling: Conduct contextual research to build rich project narratives. Create high-end mood boards, materiality concepts, and spatial layouts.
  • Technical Packages: Generate comprehensive AutoCAD packages, including detailed GA plans, elevations, sections, and complex Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs).
  • Bespoke Detailing: Design and detail high-end custom joinery, specialized lighting elements, and unique architectural features.
  • FF&E Selection: Source, curate, and specify premium furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes. Maintain rigorous FF&E schedules.
  • Collaboration & Delivery: Coordinate seamlessly with structural engineers, lighting consultants, and MEP experts. Review contractor shop drawings and answer RFIs.
  • On-Site Execution: Assist with site inspections, coordinate with contractors, and lead on-site styling and final snagging.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
