🏎️ 🏁 WE’RE HIRING: MID-WEIGHT DESIGNER 🎨
Want to bring your creative skills into the world of Formula 1 and sports marketing? Right Formula is a specialist F1 and sports marketing agency, working with global brands to bring their partnerships to life – and we’re looking for a talented Mid-weight Designer to join our Creative team.
Working closely with our Design Director, you’ll take real ownership of creative work for one of our key clients, creating across digital, social, editorial, presentations, event branding, print and more – with opportunities to support projects across our wider sports marketing portfolio. The role will primarily focus on a key client operating within the oil and energy sector.

We’re looking for:
- 🎨 Strong creative instincts and excellent design craft
- 💡 The ability to take a brief from concept through to final execution
- 💻 Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills
- 👀 A sharp eye for typography, layout and detail
- 🤝 A collaborative approach and confidence communicating creative ideas
- 🔥 A portfolio that shows us what you can do
