A hands-on video editing role at a fast-growing, funded podcast agency working with FTSE250 and enterprise B2B clients. You'll edit engaging video podcasts to weekly, bi-weekly and monthly schedules, working closely with producers, clients and the wider production team to deliver polished long-form episodes alongside social cut-downs and campaign assets.
What You'll Be Doing
- Edit engaging video podcasts to weekly, bi-weekly and monthly schedules
- Collaborate closely with producers, clients and production teams throughout the edit process
- Create and deliver platform-ready content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Deliver polished long-form episodes, social cut-downs, clips and other campaign assets
- Carry out colour correction, sound mixing and mastering across all edits
- Manage project media, file organisation and archiving, maintaining clear workflows and reliable backups
- Take ownership of your own workload, projects and deadlines
- Maintain high creative and technical standards while working at pace

What We're Looking For
- At least one year of professional video-editing experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Confident colour grading, sound mixing and mastering skills for digital platforms
- Experience editing editorial content for a range of businesses or clients
- Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure without compromising creative quality
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Calm, collaborative and adaptable when priorities change
- Comfortable receiving feedback and communicating clearly with clients and colleagues
