✨ Mid-Weight FF&E Designer | Luxury Hospitality | London
If you love sourcing beautiful furniture, lighting and finishes and want to work on some of the world’s most iconic hospitality projects, this could be the role for you.
We’re exclusively partnering with an award-winning Hospitality Interior Design studio in London, known for an incredible portfolio of luxury hotels, restaurants, bars and beach clubs across the globe.
With continued project wins and a growing pipeline, they’re looking to add a talented Mid-Weight FF&E Designer to their creative team.
Working closely with the Creative Directors and Interior Design team, you’ll be responsible for creating beautifully curated FF&E schemes from concept through to installation — sourcing bespoke pieces, developing specifications and helping bring exceptional spaces to life.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing bespoke FF&E concepts for luxury hospitality projects
- Sourcing and specifying furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes and accessories
- Producing detailed FF&E schedules and specifications
- Researching new suppliers, materials and products
- Collaborating with designers, suppliers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting projects from concept through to installation

We’re looking for someone who has:
- 3–5 years’ FF&E experience within luxury hospitality or high-end residential
- A brilliant eye for colour, materials and styling
- Strong supplier knowledge and specification experience
- Adobe Creative Suite skills — AutoCAD/SketchUp would be a bonus
- A genuine passion for creating exceptional interiors
