About Us

At Mint Partnership, we are a consultancy partner to the people and organisations shaping the future of trauma healing, mental health and wellbeing.

We work with researchers, clinicians, practitioners, institutes and organisations whose work - whether a methodology, product, service, or body of insight - has the potential to meaningfully advance the field, but who need strategic clarity, strong positioning and effective brand communication systems to grow their reach and impact.

We operate from inside this sector, not around its edges. Our work sits within a wider ecosystem that includes Masters Events, leading trauma and mental health events, practitioner communities, emerging research networks, and the platforms and programmes that help this work go further. This gives us a close understanding of how trust, evidence, safety and community shape the way knowledge moves in this space - and why certain ideas scale while others stay stuck.

This proximity gives Mint a vantage point few consultancies have. We see early where the field is moving, what practitioners are grappling with and what organisations need to grow without compromising their integrity.

Mint turns deep knowledge into strategic power. We craft strategy, build brands, create platforms and propositions, and support ongoing delivery so the right work reaches the right people, at the right scale. Our team works with rigour, curiosity and respect for the complexity of the field - and we're growing quickly, building a high-quality in-house creative and strategic team to support organisations and individuals whose work genuinely moves the sector forward.

This is a place for people who want to do meaningful, complex, future-shaping work - and do it well.

The Role

As Graphic Designer, you will bring visual clarity and creative excellence to the brands and organisations we partner with. Working closely with our Senior Designer and the wider Mint Team, you will translate strategic thinking into compelling visual identities, communication materials, and brand systems that help complex ideas land with impact.

This role forms part of a growing in-house design team, with a focus on building strong creative partnership, consistent delivery capacity, and high standards across all brand touchpoints. Your work will range from early-stage brand development - exploring creative territories, developing moodboards, and developing clear and effective visual approaches - to the precise execution of assets within established brand guidelines. You will be comfortable moving between conceptual exploration and detailed production, always maintaining the integrity and consistency that builds trust in this sector.

You will work across digital and print, creating everything from brand identities and websites to reports, presentations, and social media assets. The work requires both creative ambition and strong execution skills, alongside an understanding of how design functions as a strategic tool - helping the right ideas reach the right people.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why This Role Matters

Design is not decoration at Mint - it is how strategy becomes visible and how trust is built. The organisations we work with are doing vital, often sensitive work, and the visual language we create must reflect that seriousness, clarity, and care.

As part of a small in-house design team, this role will help shape the visual standards, consistency, and creative quality that underpin Mint’s wider marketing and brand activity.

This role is essential to ensuring that every brand we build and every asset we produce carries the strategic intent behind it, helping the sector's most important work find its audience and grow its impact.

It is ideal for a designer who wants their work to matter, who enjoys variety, and who is ready to grow within an ambitious, values-driven agency.

This is a full-time, mostly remote position, with occasional in-person days for client or internal meetings. We offer a salary of circa £38,000-£45,000, depending on experience, alongside flexible remote working, twice-yearly team away weeks, statutory holidays, a pension scheme, and an extra day off for your birthday.
