We're home to some of the UK's most loved hospitality brands, from iconic Italian dining experiences to exciting new concepts. With exciting new openings, brand launches, and growth plans ahead, we're looking for a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team.
The Role
As our Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing our brands to life through engaging, high-quality creative work across both digital and print channels.
Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll help deliver campaigns, new venue launches, new menus, promotional activity while ensuring every touchpoint remains on-brand, visually compelling, and commercially effective.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing engaging creative assets across digital and print channels for multiple brands
- Producing menus, promotional materials, website assets, venue collateral, and campaign creative
- Adapting creative concepts across multiple formats and platforms
- Collaborating with stakeholders to bring brands to life
- Prioritising deadlines and stakeholder requests through workflow management
- Coordinating menus, POS, launch materials, and venue collateral
- Managing supplier relationships, specifications, quotations, and proofing
- Supporting and mentoring our Junior Graphic Designer
- Contributing positively to a highly creative and ambitious team culture

What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years' experience in an agency or in-house design role
- Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to work at pace and effectively communicate with others
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Hospitality experience is highly desirable, and a passion for food, drink, and guest experiences is essential. The candidate must be able to commute to, or be based in Manchester, UK.
