Who this role would suit
As Ivory Worldwide enters an exciting growth phase, we are looking for a forward-thinking Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our collaborative team and grow alongside us. This role is ideal for a curious, innovative designer with strong digital-first skills across branding systems, presentation decks, and digital touchpoints, paired with a real instinct for experiential ideation.
You’ll be excited by being a proactive team member who thrives in fast-paced environments, able to blend outstanding design execution with strategic creative thinking and actively explore emerging digital tools and AI to improve how we create and deliver work. This position offers a clear career pathway: we are seeking someone with the drive and potential to step into a Senior Designer role within a couple of years, backed by our commitment and investment in your professional development.
Role Description
In this role, you will work across a diverse range of projects — from tactical print and event collateral to immersive experiential concepts and digital identities. As part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team spanning graphic, spatial, motion, and film design, you will combine strong design craft with strategic thinking, utilising emerging digital tools and AI to deliver impactful, high-quality brand experiences.

Success in this role will be measured by:
- A strong eye for experiential design and ideation, not just screen-based design
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently when needed
- A willingness to get stuck into both tactical delivery work and larger creative challenges
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to present ideas and engage with clients
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design
- Develop high-quality creative solutions across digital, print, experiential and live event projects, ensuring all outputs meet the highest creative standards.
Branding & Visual Communication
- Create and evolve branding systems, visual identities, presentation decks and campaign assets that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Experiential & Spatial Design
- Apply graphic design principles to spatial and 3D environments, collaborating closely with 3D artists and spatial designers to bring experiences to life.
Artwork & Production
- Prepare artwork and large-format files for print and production, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process.
Creative Development
- Contribute to creative concepts and experiential ideas from briefing through to final delivery, helping shape compelling and engaging brand experiences.
Client Collaboration
- Present ideas and creative solutions with confidence, building strong working relationships with both colleagues and clients.
Innovation & Technology
- Champion innovation by exploring and introducing new digital tools, AI solutions and creative workflows that improve efficiency and elevate creative output.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues across graphics, branding, motion, film, content and spatial design to deliver integrated creative solutions.
Professional Development
- Take ownership of your development, building knowledge and skills with the goal of progressing into a Senior Designer role.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong digital-first graphic design skills across digital touchpoints, presentation decks and branding systems, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates your work
- Proven experience applying graphics to spatial and 3D environments, working closely with 3D artists and spatial designers
- Strong print and artworking fundamentals, including preparing large-format files for print and production.
- Confidence working within complex global technology brand guidelines
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience with Figma, Keynote, Pitch or After Effects (desirable)
- Experience introducing digital tools, AI or technology-led workflows to improve how creative work is produced
