Mid-Weight Graphic Designer
Location: London / Hybrid
Position Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Circa. £38K-£40K

CoCo Group is partnering with a fantastic brand experience and live events studio to find a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer ready to make their mark. This is a rare chance to work across print, digital, and experiential projects for high-end international clients, taking ideas from first sketch all the way through to flawless final artwork.

What you'll be doing
- Owning projects from concept to delivery - no two days (or briefs) the same
- Producing pixel-perfect artwork for small and large-format print, and liaising directly with printers and production partners to get every spec, proof, and finish right
- Building slick mock-ups and visuals for client pitches and presentations
- Helping shape and evolve the studio's own brand identity
- Bringing senior creatives' concepts to life with your own flair and attention to detail
- Juggling multiple live projects and deadlines with total confidence
- Travelling to events across the UK and internationally - this is a role with real variety

What you'll bring
- 3–5 years' experience in a creative studio, agency, or experiential/events environment
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) plus confident PowerPoint
- A sharp eye for layout, brand consistency, and print-ready artwork
- Bonus points for motion or 3D skills
- Great communication skills and the confidence to present your ideas
- A proactive, organised, detail-obsessed approach, and the adaptability to thrive under pressure
- A degree in Graphic Design or a related field (ideal, not essential)
