Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

Location: London / Hybrid
Position Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Circa. £38K-£40K

Recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading global brand experience and live events agency

Got a portfolio full of big ideas and the craft skills to back them up? We want to talk to you.

CoCo Group is partnering with a fantastic brand experience and live events studio to find a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer ready to make their mark. This is a rare chance to work across print, digital, and experiential projects for high-end international clients, taking ideas from first sketch all the way through to flawless final artwork.

If you love the buzz of live events as much as the satisfaction of nailing a perfect print spec, this one's for you.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning projects from concept to delivery - no two days (or briefs) the same
  • Producing pixel-perfect artwork for small and large-format print, and liaising directly with printers and production partners to get every spec, proof, and finish right
  • Building slick mock-ups and visuals for client pitches and presentations
  • Helping shape and evolve the studio's own brand identity
  • Bringing senior creatives' concepts to life with your own flair and attention to detail
  • Juggling multiple live projects and deadlines with total confidence
  • Travelling to events across the UK and internationally - this is a role with real variety

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
