Mid-Weight Designer
We're looking for a talented Mid-Weight Designer to join a fast-growing international sports organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised sports brand and work across a diverse range of creative projects, including social media assets, key-art posters, live event collateral, and wider branding projects. You'll be joining a passionate, collaborative, fast-paced team where creativity and attention to detail is key.

Key Responsibilities
- Designing engaging creative assets for social media, digital marketing, print, key-art, and live events
- Producing polished, production-ready artwork across digital, print and broadcast assets
- Creating and adapting campaign creative across multiple platforms, formats and specifications
- Maintaining strong and consistent brand application across all creative outputs
- Helping develop templates and design systems to improve efficiency, consistency and scalability
- Contributing creative ideas to campaigns while ensuring exceptional execution and attention to detail

Key Requirements
- Around 4+ years' graphic design experience within a fast-paced agency, brand, or startup environment
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design and social campaigns across multiple channels
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign); After Effects experience is highly desirable
- Excellent typography, layout and production skills across digital and print formats
- Experience working within sport, entertainment, media or consumer brands would be advantageous

- This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the London office
