Middleweight Interior Designer / Interior Architect
We’re looking for a talented Middleweight Interior Designer / Interior Architect with 4+ years’ professional experience to join our West London design team.
This is an opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of high-end, design-led projects, with a particular focus on hospitality and interiors where creativity, detail and technical understanding come together.
The role
You’ll be involved throughout the design process — from early concept development and creative direction through to detailed design, documentation and technical delivery.
Our projects span:
- Hotels & hospitality
- Luxury residential
- Restaurants, bars and clubs
- Spas and leisure

We’re looking for someone who brings both creative thinking and technical confidence — someone who can develop a strong design concept and translate it into beautifully resolved, detailed packages.
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years’ professional experience in interior design or architecture
- Experience within hospitality is highly desirable, large scale projects essential.
- Strong AutoCAD skills
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Good working knowledge of Excel and other industry-standard design software
- Experience developing detailed drawing and specification packages
- Strong understanding of FF&E
- Excellent attention to detail and a considered approach to design
- Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team
- Confidence taking projects from concept through to technical detailing and delivery
