Interior Designer
£50,000-£60,000 | Interior Designer | London | Office-based design & build environment
Are you an Interior Designer with at least two years' experience delivering commercial interiors? Are you confident using Revit and AutoCAD, with exposure to BIM coordination? Have you worked on projects from creative concept through to detailed, buildable delivery?
The opportunity
This is a hands-on Interior Designer role within a fast-paced commercial design and build environment, suited to someone who enjoys both the creative and practical sides of design.
You will help shape workplace environments from initial concept and pitch through design development, technical coordination and construction. This is not a role where you create a concept and hand it over to somebody else. You will remain involved as the design develops, helping ensure the finished environment retains its creative intent while remaining buildable, compliant, commercially viable and deliverable.
You will join a highly design-focused working environment where designers collaborate closely with Pre-Construction, Commercial, Project Management and Construction teams.
What you'll be doing
You will develop creative concepts and translate client briefs into compelling workplace designs, producing drawings and documentation through design development and construction.
Working as part of multidisciplinary project teams, you will coordinate with technical designers, consultants, contractors and internal delivery teams to resolve design issues and maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
