We're exclusively partnering with an award-winning Hospitality Interior Design studio in London, behind some of the world's most iconic restaurants, bars and beach clubs. With an exciting pipeline of international projects, they're looking to welcome a talented Mid-Weight Interior Architect / Designer to their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who enjoys working across both the creative and technical sides of hospitality projects. You'll work closely with Creative Directors and senior members of the team, contributing to projects from concept and design development through to detailed design and construction.

- Develop interior design and architectural concepts for high-end hospitality projects.
- Produce design presentations, mood boards, layouts and detailed drawing packages.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans and bespoke joinery details.
- Take projects through design development and detailed design stages, ensuring the design intent is maintained throughout.
- Coordinate interior architecture, FF&E, lighting and other design elements across projects.
- Work closely with Creative Directors, Interior Designers, FF&E Designers, architects, consultants and contractors.
- Attend project and site meetings, contributing to design discussions and resolving technical queries.
- Review drawings, samples and technical information to ensure quality and design intent are maintained.
- Support the delivery of projects from concept through to construction across multiple live projects.

Requirements
- 2–6 years' experience within hospitality, commercial or high-end residential interior design/interior architecture.
- Strong AutoCAD skills with experience producing detailed design and construction drawing packages.
- Good understanding of interior architecture, construction detailing and bespoke joinery.
- Experience working across multiple project stages from concept through to delivery.
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail and a practical understanding of buildability.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience working alongside consultants and contractors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
