Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves bringing structure to creativity, and is ready to step up and lead exciting projects? At Pink Squid, we’re on the lookout for a Project Manager to join our Client Services team and help us deliver employer branding magic to our clients.
What you’ll be doing
As a Project Manager, you'll be getting stuck into a wide range of client work keeping things moving from start to finish.
- Owning projects from brief to delivery, scoping requirements, building plans and tracking every moving part.
- Championing process, spotting ways to improve how we work and helping the team work smarter, not harder.
- Managing the magic: Schedule resources, liaise with different internal teams, and ensure every project meets our high standards.
- Handling project communications with confidence. Leading day-to-day conversations with clients and keeping them in the loop at every stage.
- Crafting clear project documentation, timelines, cost proposals and statements of work with accuracy and pride.
- Becoming a Pink Squid expert: Learn the ins and outs of employer branding, our services, and your clients to deliver top-notch work.

- Experience: You’ve worked in an agency before, ideally as a Project Manager, or looking to step up. Employer branding experience? Bonus.
