You know the drill. This is where we’re supposed to say “award-winning agency,” “dynamic team,” and “we do things differently.” Yada-yada. You’ve heard it all before, and so have we. Foosball table? Nope. Ping-pong? Behave. We’d rather let our work for global FMCG brands do the talking. We live and breathe “scene-stealing moments” for brands like L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline, and Unilever. In the words of Rizzle Kicks, let’s skip to the good bit.

The Role

We need an ambitious, highly skilled Digital Graphic Designer ready to step up and own our digital output. You sit right at the sweet spot between Midweight and Senior. This means you do not just follow templates; you define how global brands dominate the digital space.

You are a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes digital-first design. Your main playground will be social first, high-octane digital advertising, and rollouts. You know how to design for the format, optimize for the platform, and create visual hooks that stop people mid-scroll. With this skill-set you will also have the ability to work across layouts and offline advertising.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
