Role Description
This is a full-time Mid-weight – Senior Graphic Designer / UI Specialist role based in Maidstone, offered on a hybrid working arrangement with some work from home flexibility. The role involves designing and refining visual concepts for brand and communication projects, including digital interfaces, websites, campaign assets, and print collateral.

Responsibilities

- Creating graphics and layouts
- Developing UI designs and design systems
- Collaborating with account and copy teams
- Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Interpreting briefs
- Presenting design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients
- Refining work based on feedback while maintaining high creative and technical standards
- Staying current with design and UI trends
- Preparing production-ready files
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of GeoBrand’s creative output
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, visual hierarchy, and digital and print asset creation.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, with experience developing visual identities and brand guidelines.
- Solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, pairing, and readability across platforms.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, or similar).
- Proven experience designing user interfaces for websites, web applications, or digital products, with an understanding of UX principles.
- A portfolio demonstrating mid-weight to senior-level work across brand, graphic, and UI projects.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and openness to constructive feedback.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agency or multi-stakeholder environments.
- Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
